GO-4it.com was set up for busy Business Guys over 55.
It was set up to provide a central place to collect ideas and thoughts on leveraging the 80/20 rule to gain big improvements in health (immune system), business and money.
'GO-4it' will focus on improving health and fitness first, the idea is that if you sort yourself out first, then you'll be much better prepared to tackle the daily challenges of business, money and everything else you need to worry about.
GO-4it.com was set up by Dave Hamer to share his experience and results with other guys of similar age to take advantage of the 80/20 Rule to get way more benefits and results with 20% or less of the time and effort previously spent.
Dave was born in the late 60's so 'GO-4it' is aimed at guys like Dave who were kids in the 70's and '80's Teens', so guys who were born in the 1960's.
Once you hit your mid-50's then you soon start wondering about how well you're going to be prepared and ready to enjoy your retirement years and beyond. What will your health be like? What will your income be like? What will your lifestyle be like? This is what got Dave started.... Wondering if he was going to be ok in his mid 60's and beyond!
Since 2022, after doing no proper exercise for over 30 years, Dave decided it was about time he took his health seriously especially after all the hassle and stress we ALL went through during 2020-2022.
So from March 2022, Dave started working on getting fitter, stronger and healthier and this has actually ended up making him calmer, less stressed, more confident and much happier.
When it comes to physical exercise Dave like most of us was 'lazy' and found the prospect of spending hours every week exercising extremely daunting. So in March 2022 he set out to work out the easiest stress-free way possible of getting fitter and stronger without spending hours at the gym every week and without having to go on any fancy, stressful depressingly strict diets.
During the first year Dave tried lots of ideas and fine tuned his daily routines and developed a 'Tracker' to record and monitor progress. During 2023 he developed the framework which is now called Route-444.
Route-444 has worked so well for Dave that he decided to write everything down explaining the whole framework. These notes are now being turned into a book.
